These Terms & Conditions govern the Acadia Brand Management website and, when incorporated into a client registration, proposal, order form, service agreement, or other written agreement, the professional services provided by Acadia Brand Management.
Submitting a consultation inquiry does not enroll a prospective client in a paid Acadia management plan or create a 12-month paid-service commitment. Paid service obligations begin only after the client separately accepts an applicable Acadia service agreement, registration, proposal, or order form.
1. ACADIA SERVICES
Acadia Brand Management (“Acadia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional digital services that may include: website design and development; website management and maintenance; brand identity and brand management; SEO and local search; reputation and review-management support; digital strategy; website content management; CMS management; and related digital services. The exact services included in a client’s engagement are determined by the client’s selected management plan, proposal, client registration, order form, project scope, or other written agreement. Services outside an agreed scope may require additional fees or a separate quote.
2. CONSULTATIONS & INQUIRIES
Acadia may provide prospective clients with a complimentary initial consultation. Submitting an inquiry through the Acadia website does not obligate either the prospective client or Acadia to enter into a paid business relationship. A prospective client does not become enrolled in an Acadia management plan merely by submitting the consultation form. Any paid engagement requires separate approval and acceptance of the applicable service terms.
3. PRE-SALE CONCEPTS & SAMPLE DESIGNS
Acadia may create sample website concepts, screenshots, mockups, demonstrations, or preliminary materials for prospective clients before an engagement begins. These materials are provided solely to demonstrate proposed creative direction. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sample concepts remain the property of Acadia and may not be copied, reproduced, implemented, distributed, supplied to another designer or agency, or otherwise commercially used without Acadia’s permission.
4. INITIAL WEBSITE SETUP
The initial website build is separate from monthly Website Edit Points. The client’s initial setup fee covers design and development only within the agreed initial project scope. The applicable proposal, registration, or project scope may specify number of pages, sections, forms, initial functionality, included revisions, content requirements, integrations, and other project deliverables. Requests that materially expand the agreed initial scope may require additional project pricing. Acadia will communicate material scope additions and obtain client approval before proceeding with separately billable work.
5. INITIAL DESIGN REVISIONS & CLIENT APPROVAL
During initial website development, Acadia may provide designs, drafts, staging links, or other materials for review. The client is responsible for providing reasonably timely and consolidated feedback. Once the client approves the completed website for launch, subsequent changes are considered ongoing website-management requests and may use Website Edit Points. Client delays in providing information, content, credentials, approvals, or feedback may extend the project schedule.
